Having worked for over 25 years in Customer Service and Admin for some of the largest Insurance and Property Management Companies, I have created a business that provides high quality, expert support in the areas of call answering, customer service and admin.
Over the years my favourite people to work with were small businesses. As a Property Manager and Insurance Claims Handler, I found small tradesmen and businesses, who take huge pride in doing excellent work for their customers. What most of them reiterated time and again was that juggling their business admin, with the work they loved doing was often a challenge.
