So you've established you have a need for support.
We've had the chat about exactly what work you need to get completed.
Then it comes to the crunch...how do I give you access to my systems and records and know mine and my customers' data is secure?
At Lloyd Admin Services we take data security and GDPR very seriously. We are registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office), our policy can be found here: https://www.lloydadminservices.co.uk/policies
Under the ICO rules for GDPR we are required to ensure that we follow the GDPR seven key principles:
Lawfulness, fairness and transparency.
Integrity and confidentiality (security)
We are required to ensure we follow The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) which cover:
marketing calls, emails, texts and faxes;
cookies (and similar technologies);
keeping communications services secure; and
customer privacy as regards traffic and location data, itemised billing, line identification, and directory listings.
All our data is stored in the cloud and we must regularly do audits on our data handling and storage to ensure we are compliant. For more information about what the ICO sets out please visit https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/
